Jailkit failed to find user

Yesterday when i configure one of our server for SSH jailkit, i ran into some problem
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20927]: debug3: Copy environment: LANG=en_US.UTF-8
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20927]: debug3: Copy environment: LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20927]: debug3: Copy environment: LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20927]: debug3: Copy environment: LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy jk_chrootsh[20927]: now entering jail /var/www/example.com for user user-ssh (1001) with arguments
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy jk_chrootsh[20927]: abort, failed to find user 1011 in /var/www/example.com/etc/passwd
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20911]: debug1: Received SIGCHLD.
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20911]: debug1: session_by_pid: pid 20927
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20911]: debug1: session_exit_message: session 0 channel 0 pid 20927
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20911]: debug2: channel 0: request exit-status confirm 0
Aug 12 02:17:25 deploy sshd[20911]: debug1: session_exit_message: release channel 0
The solution is to check /var/www/example.com/etc/passwd for the specified user, is home directory already specified ?
